Sirloin Steak

Sirloin steak is a great every day cut of beef. This is a lean cut and therefore should not be overcooked, but it's loaded with flavor and all the nutrients beef brings to the table. We eat a lot of chicken at the Dry Branch, but nothing satisfies like beef. Sirloin steaks are great on the grill, we prefer charcoal to get that smoky flavor going, or on a hot skillet cooked in butter.
